Promoting Education and Scientific Research in East African Community and beyond.
IOPER carries out a permanent work of reflection in all the sectors where educational activities are deployed: research in education and training, training of teachers and educators, adult training, social work, family education, education and health, education to the environment, guidance and professional integration, diversity and digital education.
IOPER seeks to shed light on educational debates with a scientific perspective.
IOPER strives to promote and organize teaching, research in education and training, but also to contribute to its development.
IOPER promotes the circulation of information within the research community and towards its partners and interlocutors.
IOPER regularly questions the progress of research in EAC, their status, their possible orientations and their challenges.
