OUR CURRENT PROJECTS

EACARDE/EASYRIS PROJECT

IOPER is involved in EACARDE/EASYRIS regional project. East African Community Symposium on research in science, technology and innovation studies (EASYRIS).

We Build Networks

Our association has started to gather researchers and university professors that work inside and outside EAC region to form a pool or group that will help to promote research in EAC institutions

03.

NIRWANJE Project

Nirwanje means he is mine or they mine. This is project towards children from 5 to 18 years old. This projects aims to help the children with basic needs (clothes or school materials) while we encourage to dream big for their future. This project also include Christian education lectures

Betrec Project

Burundi Engineering and technology research center (BETREC) is an ongoing project . More details can be found at www.betrec.bi

BUCUST PROJECT

This is project also aims to provide a science and technology institute that will produce engineers that the EAC region needs for their local industries

Clean Water Project

We are working on proposals that will allow the usage of technologies like Internet of Things, sensors, location systems, robots and artificial intelligence on  farms

We are working on projects that make use of information and communications technologies in medicine and other health professions to manage illnesses and health risks and to promote wellness.

We are working on  projects that consider  solar energy as  renewable source of power, and its important role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and mitigating climate change, which is critical to protecting humans, wildlife, and ecosystems.
